Email care@zerotal.dev and tell us what happened. For a bug it helps a great deal to include your device model, your Android version and the app version.

Your data

There is no account to sign in to and nothing stored on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete or to send you. Everything the app saves — your progress and your settings — lives on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it. Clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings resets it immediately.

Advertising

The app is free and paid for by adverts. To reset or delete your advertising ID, or to turn off ad personalisation, go to Settings → Google → Ads on your device.

Lost progress

Progress is stored only on the device. It does not follow you to a new phone, and if you uninstall the app or clear its storage it is gone for good — we have no copy to restore. We would rather say that plainly than imply a backup that does not exist.
